On the Episode 26, part 1 (yes, I throw out number 25 multiple times on the episode but just ignore it as a little human flaw, a beautiful imperfection left behind...) I speak to an incredible cosmic brother and a beautiful human, Jacques Pierre Cole aka JPC aka Rogue Zen Bon Monk. He is tuning in from San Diego, California.

In his early years, JPC was diagnosed with bi-polar depression. He struggled for many years trying to find his place in this world even trying to commit suicide nearly 20 times throughout those years. Fortunately, his curiosity of why we exist guided him down a life-long journey of wonder and self-discovery.

Before doing what he does today, he has served in the Navy, National Guard, protected people as a police officer, built non-profits to service those who struggle, and now he teaches and mentors others to find their authentic purpose and embrace their reason for being. He has travelled all over the world uncovering the beauty of authentic human kindness. All his years have brought about the wisdom that we are always students.

Zen Bon JPC is the CEO and Founder of the Meditation and Mindfulness Institute for Humans (MMIH). He created this Institute for people to help them in self-discovery, connect and know the feeling of genuine human kindness. When he is not teaching or writing, you can find him enjoying one of his favourite meditations drawing mandalas in the sand.

If you are ever in San Diego, keep your eyes open as you may see this Monk passing you on his longboard with his robes flapping in the wind! His favourite motto is " Celebrate Today's Day! It is the Best day! It is the Only day"

On this incredible 2-part episode we speak about JPCs journey through childhood abuse, years of being suicidal, suffering from mental illness and eventually finding his way to Joy and the tools he has used to get where he is today. Becoming a real-life Monk and a powerful Spiritual Teacher.

To connect with JPC, you can find him on Insta @roguezenmonk or FB Jacques-Pierre Cole. If you want to join Meditation and Mindfulness Institute for Humans (MMIH), go to www.mmih.world/

His book “Seven Attempts 17000 Thoughts: Suicidal to Survivor, A Man’s Journey to Save Himself” is available on Amazon.
