Punching yourself or punching others, how's it working for you? It's time to find your rhythmagain...

Some of the greatest lessons I've learned have come from being in front of a speed bag...attempting to slow down my mind and TRUST.

OR...

In a ring, throwing punches.

OR...

After life knocked me down, and I had to make a decision.

Would I stay down, or would I stand and fight FOR myself...

Instead of against myself or anyone else.

I'm so grateful I chose (choose) to stand.
