Samantha Milner loves kitchen gadget cooking, and teaches people how to use them, particularly the air fryer, instant pot, soup maker, slow cooker, and bread machine. And, believe it or not, she has only used an oven a handful of times in the last 5 years.

Today we talk about why people are obsessed with air frying. She started because she wanted to lose weight with air frying. The first thing she air fried was frozen breaded chicken, then fries and fish and chips. She went on to air fry chicken breast, zucchini, salmon, sheet pan meals, and her new favorite air fryer recipe - shrimp fajitas with frozen shrimp.

She talks about what she thinks are health benefits including the reduction in oil and cooking foods for weight watchers, keto diets, and more. For people with arthritis or cooking for one.

We talk about her Phillips Airfryer XL, and she even convinces me to buy one! Plus how toaster ovens differ from air fryers.
