Holding such deep space took a lot out of me, but it was beyond worth it! In this episode, I dive into the importance of our words and intentions, sharing a story about how I accidently manifested running one on one retreats, even sooner than I thought I was "ready" for.

I also touch on the transformative power of these retreats. Watching my client’s transformation in just three days was extremely rewarding. Plus, I discuss how leaning into my feminine energy and seeking (plus receiving) help has already made a dramatic difference in my life. From hiring a social media manager to finally getting a nanny, these changes are allowing me to receive more and do less!
