When someone is struggling with their mental health, or going through a difficult time it is a completely natural reaction to want to help them.

But, the reality is they don’t always want the help, or in many cases - aren’t ready for it!

You try to give your advice on their breakup, their anxiety, their limiting beliefs, but nothing you say is hitting home with them and it’s leaving you frustrated.
