RCS was created to pay homage to Treisha's roots and is best known for creating fusion cuisines drawing from the immense love of different cultures and foods. With extensive knowledge of fine dining service, corporate dining as well as hospitality, she believes that food is an art form that translates from the soul of the chef onto the canvas of a plate and is presented to the client for interpretation.
