The challenge practise we’re sharing with you today is Cognitive Reframing - a technique commonly used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy aka CBT.
This cognitive reframing exercise is aimed at managing stress during the holiday season. The practice involves identifying stressful thoughts, exploring the feelings associated with them, challenging those thoughts, and ultimately reframing them into positive affirmations. This method not only helps in coping with holiday-related stress but also promotes emotional well-being and personal growth and can be used in many different ways in your day to day life.
