Learning to retrain your nervous system take a lot of tools. Join me this week as I share how journaling has helped me over the years with my stress and anxiety. I also share how this week I used journaling to help me see my mind which allowed me to see what was really stressing me out.
I also share a journal entry from the archives dating back to 2009. This entry helped me see and celebrate my growth.
