A new year is here, and we know what that means: a sense of beginnings, of possibilities, of projects that are ready to start and can change our life for the better. We tell ourselves we'll make a push for better health, a more active body, a more nutritious diet or finally picking up that musical instrument we've had for a long time but never really got to playing yet. We've all felt this and followed it in some capacity. Some projects start and last for many months, while others fizzle out rather quickly and leave us going back to our usual routine. How can we prevent this? How can we better hope to stick with something that we KNOW it's going to impact our life for the better? Join me as I discuss in today's episode my thoughts about new year's resolutions, how smart goals helped me and my clients stick longer to their projects, and why intention is so important when choosing what to invest our time and effort in.
