Are you someone who is so used to struggling to meet your goals that you can't even imagine what success would feel like?
If so, you're not alone.
Those raised with a lower - or middle-class mindset are not taught that success is even an option.
We are taught that stability, security, and avoidance of failure are what matter the most -- and for a lot of us, this means doing what we know best --> struggle.
This means that successfully completing our goals is something that we will rarely achieve.
But you CAN change that.
Listen in to this episode of The Flight School Podcast to learn:

  • How our primal brain holds us back from making positive changes
  • How our upbringing, education, and societal programming keep us stuck
  • Why females are especially prone to playing small
  • 10 ways to stop our tendency for struggling
  • Why we will never be able to take flight until we begin the work of visualizing success
