5 Step Process

  1. What is currently causing me stress?
  2. How did that feel? Angry, sad, energized?
  3. Is working long hours really worth cutting back on family time?
  4. Is there anything at work that could be changed to accommodate these new priorities?
  5. They then make a decision based on your answers such as asking for more flexibility, or not taking on every project.
