This week on the pod we have Ashley Labutte!!! She is the podcast host of Power Up Yourself. She is a coach for women to reclaim themselves, to be authentic and to find their voice. Ashley loves sharing positivity around her. She likes to call herself the "highlighter", going through life highlighting people and giving them compliments. There is nothing like spreading the joy. She is a wonderful an aunt to the cutest 2 nephews who means the world to her.
Ashley hit rock bottom right before covid in 2020 and she started getting help. She thought that her weight and her binge eating was the problem. However, in reality, that was just the consequence of not following her heart and being herself.
We got to talk about her journey, where she currently is present day, and what the journey was like that lead her to the all the things of alignment!!
