Who is Raneesha Manoharan?
Raneesha is a therapist and coach supporting individuals recover from trauma using somatic embodiment, which is the practice of using of the body to access deep emotional seats within the mind. She is the founder of Radiant Roots where she runs therapy, coaching, mindfulness, dance classes, and educational work for wellbeing. She is a member of the International Institution for Complementary Therapists, a member of the Complementary Medical Association and an accredited mindfulness teacher in the UK. She works with individuals, groups and organisations; raising awareness about the impact of stress, anxiety and trauma on our wellbeing. Some of the organisations she has run workshops with with include the University of Liverpool, Conscious Entrepreneurs, Ananda Arts, and wellbeing centres across Manchester. Drawing from her lived experience, she also runs a special area of work supporting asian women experiencing intergenerational trauma.
