Who is Craig Seaton?
Craig is a holistic coach who teaches breathwork, meditation and self understanding to help people quiet their mind, understand their thoughts, release blocked up emotion & trauma and bring balance to their internal energy system.
Originally starting as a Personal Trainer 12 years ago, he found meditation which completely transformed his life and he began to study the mind, psychology, holistic health, consciousness, spirituality, balance and energy.
Knowing that we operate on intra-dependant energy systems of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels, Craig teaches how to develop these areas through natural means and find balance within ourselves to achieve understanding, balance and total health.
