In this week's solo The New Old You, Lesley takes a dive into 7 ways to fuel your motivation with inspiration. Reaching and achieving goals is not an overnight endeavor, it may take weeks, months, years and you'll need soul stirring inspiration to sustain the motivational emotion to get there.
Inspiration is all around, but is much easier to find when you know where to look. Today we focus these seven tips to find it:
1. Making a solid rock hard decision on what you are going to do. Know it, own it, guard it.
2. Don't focus what you do want, focus on what you don't want.
3. Surrounding yourself with proof of "Yes I can!".
4. Surrounding yourself with the inspirational stories of others.
5. Developing good habits that will move you step by step closer toward your goal - starting with the habit of focused self-care.
6. Finding purpose and inspiration by giving back to others.
7. Finding someone who will support you.
