How To Reduce Cognitive Decline In Aging With Posture Correction | Dr. Rodney And Karen Wirth | Stance Chiropractic

It is so important to take aging and longevity into our own hands, especially when there are things that you can do through exercise and lifestyle change to improve. One of them is your posture. We start out being told by our parents to stand or sit up straight and then we fall off the wagon ourselves as we age. The poor posture we adopt or develop over time has severe consequences in cognitive decline.
Chiropractor Dr. Rodney Wirth and his wife and Longevity Coach Karen Wirth are with me today to talk about posture, what bad posture does to our aging and cognitive decline, and what we can do ourselves to begin posture correction to reverse this cognitive decline (YES, that is possible).
