Everyday conversations regarding Mental Health in this show where we talk about these issues that affect everyone and we will also look at veterans and their issues.
About Christina Vigil: https://declutter-queen.com/
I've lived with ADHD since the age of five, a journey marked by challenges and growth. Through a profound spiritual and healing journey, I confronted my traumas and limiting beliefs, including the persistent feeling of not being 'enough.' For 20 years, I thrived in customer service within corporate America, believing it was my limit. But, through embracing self-care, happiness, and the power of time management, I discovered the path to abundance and embraced ADHD as my superpower. As the wife of a 100% disabled Purple Heart recipient, I'm deeply committed to supporting fellow veterans and families through trauma and PTSD. Losing my mom at 23 shaped my perspective on life's fragility. Balancing the demands of parenting a 17-year-old, a five-year-old, and a three-year-old, all while managing my ADHD, has been a transformative journey. Embracing gratitude has been key. And now, as The Declutter Queen, I help individuals declutter their minds, bodies, and homes through the transformative power of time management.
In this series we will be exploring all aspects of mental health looking at suicide, PTSD, wellbeing, cancer, bereavement, physical and mental wellbeing, care for the carer, self preservation, relationships and any other factors around the subject.
