Mary Roberts is an executive coach and has worked with nearly 1,000 clients in over 7 years that she has been coaching. Mary is certified as an Eating Disorder Peer Counselor, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. She’s also a Certified Primal Health Coach and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach for women.

Mary’s passion is helping others break free from food obsession and emotional eating, which is a result of eating disorders/disordered behavior with food. She also has a heart for working with type two diabetics, to help reverse their diabetes through a real food way of eating, and overcoming their disordered relationship with food.
