When Beth Sandlin was diagnosed with cancer, she focused on what she could do. This empowering perspective brought hope and possibilities. Now Beth empowers others to find joy in movement and in life through her positive, flexible approach to our experiences on and off the Pilates mat. Beth is the founder of Trifecta Pilates.
