With the holidays right around the corner, and thanks to a very stressed out question received, I thought this would be the perfect time to give you a mindset shift around the way you experience stress.

Money is tight, I don’t know how I am going to be able to afford gifts, and being around my family who constantly is judging me also stresses me out. I just want to hide. To avoid feeling this way I find myself stress eating or doom scrolling, but then I feel bad about not getting anything done. What do I do?
