Teacher and GB Duathlete Matt Warne Speaks to Rich about the sport he did as a child and his love of out doors. After sidelining several sports he did for a long time due to a serious injury, it was swimming that started his transition into multisport.
Matt talks about how one of his close friends had represented all over the world but it wasn't until several years of doing triathlons he thought he would give qualification a go.
so playing to his strengths and choosing Duathlon to focus on, Matt put a good block of training in before heading off to try and qualify.
His hard work paid off and he represented GB in Duathlon at the World Champs in Ibiza. Now he has had a taste Matt wants more.
