Andy's Man Club, founded by his brother-in-law, former rugby player Luke Ambler, has grown from a single gathering in Halifax to a nationwide network of 160 clubs. Each session is a lifeline, a chance for men to unburden their hearts and minds in the company of those who truly understand.
