Enas was born in Libya, into a culture where women, though educated, often leave behind that education and potential, to become mothers and homemakers.

A tradition that she wholeheartedly respects and understands, yet her ambition as a little girl growing up in this culture, was to be all that she could be in her life. Wherever that would take her.

She is a coach and mentor, currently training to lead international programmes, whilst also running Arabela Beauty Agency which she founded in the UK and it facilitates and establishes beauty brands

She has had many painful experiences in her life but has been able to transform her pain into life lessons and she now says that the hardest of times have also been her greatest teacher.

Some key points from our interview:

· How despite feeling broken many times she recognises that she is unbreakable and feels as if she’s walked through fire.

· How she felt unhappy of who she was for a long time and developed an eating disorder and emotional eating as a coping mechanism.

· How her life changed contrastingly when her family became refugees in the UK, leaving behind a life of privilege and comfort.

· How she decided to stay in the UK when her mother left to return to Libya once the civil war was over and how that decision means that her mother no longer speaks to her.

· How she has learnt to develop a better image of herself and stops feeling guilty about things that weren’t her fault through life coaching.

· How she’s passionate about her personal development and wants to help others to be the best version of themselves too.

· How she’s learnt to overcome her inferiority complex and is now a wellness warrior for herself and others.
Hosted by Madeleine Black, the show will share stories of all the amazing people Madeleine has met on her own journey as an author/speaker and these stories will heal, motivate, inspire and bring hope when they share their wisdom and knowledge with her.
She really believes in the power that comes when we share our stories, that in fact we are not story tellers but story healers. Tune in to discover what helped them to stay unbroken and together we will discover that none of us are broken beyond repair.
