Hello friends, welcome to the show. My name is Tom Broback and I am on a mission to help high school coaches keep their athletes happy and healthy. I loved playing sports growing up. From backyard football to traveling basketball to high school track and field, there was nothing better than being on a team and playing to win a game. Unfortunately, I struggled with health issues and I know your athletes do too. This inspired me to become a physical therapist and sports performance coach. This podcast will help coaches like you learn how to reduce injuries in your program by 10, 20 even 50%.

Do baseball players need to work out? In today’s episode, I bring in Scott Richardson to help debunk some myths in the world of training for the game of baseball. Scott runs Rich Rehab and Performance out of the Twin Cities. He works with baseball athletes to get them stronger, healthier and better at their sport through training and skill development. I hope you learn a lot from this episode with Scott.
