The Reiki Healer's passion for cooking has taught her to make homemade sauerkraut from local organic cabbage, make apple cider vinegar organic masa corn tortillas just to name a few things I have been making. I make tortillas once or twice a week. I love them!
Cooking Is Love Made Visible! Enjoying cooking is part of enjoying life! Our bodies need us to care for them with fresh food, high quality protein and water. Water is all animal or human really needs to drink!
