Oh My Gosh! Boron is amazing for me and my husband! For many years now my sleep has been effected by menopause! For my entire life I slept 8 hours a night like clock work. What a gift that was! LOL After about a week of taking the boron my body felt tired at about 10:30 at night. What a miracle! I am a Boron convert! Try boron! I Love It! You May Love It Too! :~)
