Collagen is starting to become a hot topic in the health space, but few people actually know what it does or how to get all of the benefits from it.

Charlie Bailes is the CEO & founder of CB Supplements, a company specializing in helping people thrive with multi-collagen protein products. As a collagen expert, he often talks about its nutrition benefits to help people solve various health issues from joint recovery and productivity to even sleeping better at night.

He’s also a husband, a dad of three, a cross fitter, and a health nut. He loves meeting new people and having meaningful conversations. His main goal is to inspire others to act to help themselves. Charlie Bailes' health journey changed for the better in 2017 after a few kids, chronic health issues, and simply taking responsibility. His personal opinion is that collagen may be the missing food group in our diets.

Charlie discusses the importance of collagen in our bodies and why he started his supplement business, CB Supplements.
