How do you truly get to know yourself? And, why would you even want to?

It’s the seemingly little things with which we receive and interact with that create the overall quality of our lives. But, so many people get so caught in the survival mode that they forget this.

Survival mode isn’t wrong… it’s just not sustainable.

So, what’s the secret?
Get back to you.
Get out of judgment and comparison.
Follow the path where every choice you make brings you more of a sense of lightness.

What lights you up? What turns you on?

Follow that.

The more you choose what makes you lighter - moment by moment, day by day - your life will become so much lighter and greater as a whole.
