In addition to hearing about her extensive brewing background, we were captivated by the fact that McKnight was a sponsored skateboarder & skier in a previous life and also studied chemistry at Harvard.

Aside from those elements of badassery, McKnight broke down some of her favorite brewing projects during her time at NBB, shared details on a recent collaboration in Hawaii, and also talked about how Lion Brands’ acquisition has impacted the company and its employees.
