In this episode, we’re taking a closer look at the real business of our business, which is selling. There’s obviously a lot more that goes into making our company successful, but at the end of the day, what we do is sell stuff. And to help us better understand how we exercise and strengthen that skill, I’ve brought in our Vice President of Selling Programs at Nordstrom, Jessica Cloutier. You’ll also learn about some of the pillars of successful selling from three of our absolute best sellers: Ferdi Ellazar, Kathleen Twistol and Hicham Ziboukh. These three—alongside many more of our top sellers—recently gathered at an event we hosted in Las Vegas to celebrate and show appreciation for our Platinum Pacesetters, which are the top 1% of sellers across the company. We're extremely grateful for and proud of what they’ve been able to achieve for themselves and for Nordstrom. For the rest of our sellers out there, if you’re hoping to one day be a part of this super-awesome group and go on fun trips, then you should definitely pay attention. Maybe take some notes. Thanks for tuning in to episode 63. We hope you enjoy it! Did you know that YOU can be on The Nordy Pod? This show isn't just a one-way conversation. We want to hear about what Nordstrom looks like through your eyes.
