A burden is anything we attempt to carry in life that feels like a heavy load, often as a result of us operating from the space of emotions. Much of the weight we carry is often self-imposed, while others are mounting pressure from extrinsic factors. Today I share with you six of the many ways to release your burdens. From identifying your burdens to letting go of them one by one, what’s important is to start and shed whatever needless pain in your life. As you shed your burdens, feel the lightness that comes in the form of inner peace, self-worth, ease, inner freedom, an unburdened and undivided mind, and love.
