What is your number one job as a leader?
On my first day on the job as a new executive, a board member (one of my bosses) asked me this question.
I thought...
...operational excellence
...increase net profit
...build a strategic plan
Their answer surprised me.
They said, "Find and train your replacement."
Why?
Because leaders develop leaders.
Your goal is to leave a legacy of impact that outlives you. But it’s easier said than done.
Check out this week's episode for how to go about finding and training leaders so you can leave a legacy of impact.
Here's what you’ll find in this episode:

  • What you need to do before you begin training your replacement
  • Keys to choosing your 'one' well
  • How to develop the leader and create a smooth transition when you're gone

Plus, answers to some of your questions:

  • What’s the best way to give feedback to your staff?
  • How do you handle someone who’s a top producer but is a jerk around the office?
