It's really difficult to implement healthy habits when you're feeling stressed out. When I was stressed, I stayed up late, scrolled through my phone, ate and drank too much, skipped workouts, and was frozen into inaction.
Even the simplest things seemed really hard to do.
This led to low confidence, tight clothes, feeling down, avoiding social interactions, and a louder inner critic.
I felt bad—puffy, bloated, unhealthy, with no energy, sluggishness, and no fun or laughter.
