Have you been told you need to cut carbs to lose weight? To weigh your food? That you need to calorie count? That you can save your 'points' for the weekend? I was told the same thing too, and it's all lies. Damaging lies that are leading you down a path of never-ending misery. In this episode, I'm sharing with you how I set myself free from all of that. How, once I let go of all those incorrect lies, I discovered how to change my eating habits for good. Like, forever. And it was only when I started on this new journey, did I not only drop three stone and become genuinely authentically healthy, but how I found the freedom to love myself again.
