Happy Black History Month! Since episode 053 (Dear White Listeners) I’ve been thinking and reading about anti-racism. In non-profits in particular and this tension between helping others, but not following a white savior model. So today’s guest has some really interesting thoughts on this.

Today we are talking all things international development, white supremacy in non-profits, and feminism. We talk about why feminist approaches to international development matter, how white supremacy manifests itself in non-profits, how women can be their own biggest enemies for disrupting gender stereotypes, and advice for those going into international development.
