Creation & Coping Through Lockdown

This week I felt to share a bit about what's helping me through this lockdown experience. After spending years of experiencing severe anxiety and struggling with my mental health, I feel like I'm navigating these times pretty well and wanted to share what I'm focusing on in the hope it may inspire or comfort you if you are struggling.
I also share and reflect on what it's been like being pregnant and not seeing people because of lockdown.
