As we gear up for the holiday season, how are you feeling? Are you feeling more exhausted than usual? Do you find yourself struggling with patience? Are you dreading opening up your email to find yet one more to-do item on your already busy plate? Me too!

Today we are going to continue our six week series to help you get ready for the holidays. To be able to have more peace and feel less overwhelmed, so that you can actually enjoy the holiday season. In this episode we are going to explore the invisible mental load that we as moms take on, which often leaves us exhausted and overwhelmed. Realizing and understanding the invisible mental load will help us allocate our energy, outsource tasks, and clearly communicate with other family members. Let’s dive in!
