Are you struggling to come up with easy meals that take little to no effort, meals you can easily have on hand, and meals that are generally liked by everyone? It can be overwhelming to find recipes that meet these criteria. We all know that some days getting a meal on the table seems like pulling teeth or an uphill battle, especially after a long day of work and shenanigans. In this episode we will run through some of the meals we have in rotation at our house, talk a bit about the importance of meal prep, and provide some helpful meal time tricks to make getting a healthy meal on the table a little bit easier. Grab that cup of coffee and a notebook, and let’s jump in!
