Welcome to the first episode of the Allegiant Fit Podcast! I’m Bryson Sessions, and I’ll be your host.

A bit about me—I started at 150 lbs with low confidence, but after 11 years in the gym, competing in men’s physique, and achieving solid lifts, I’ve transformed not just my body but my mindset. This show isn’t about overcomplicating things—it’s about starting. Episode 1 might be a little rough, but that’s how life and progress go. When you first hit the gym, everything feels tough. But improvement comes, and from there, the real journey begins. You can have the perfect plan, but it won’t matter unless you take action. Just like in fitness, the start is essential. Each episode will be packed with fitness tips, nutrition strategies, and advice on mental resilience, designed to be practical and actionable.

  1. Accept Responsibility: Recognize that your current situation is a result of your choices, and take ownership to change.
  2. Be Ready for Growth: To get somewhere new, expect challenges and embrace the growth they bring.
  3. Start Taking Action: Align your choices with your goals. If you want to lose weight, move more and eat less. If you want to gain weight, eat more strategically.
  4. Give It Time: Fitness isn’t instant. Whether going all-in or taking smaller steps, commit to consistency.
  5. Level Up: Start with small goals, then increase intensity and commitment over time. Don’t worry about others judging you at the gym; most people are focused on themselves.
  6. Make Fitness Part of Your Identity: Real, lasting change happens when you see yourself as someone who prioritizes health and fitness.

Remember, every day has value. Think of it as being worth $50 million—don’t waste it. Start today with small steps like parking farther away or drinking more water. Every choice matters.
