Followed:
- Protect ideas for fear someone will take credit
- There’s only one right way to do things
- Lack of delegation: easier to do it myself
- Unwilling to help others do more
Leading:
- Sharing your ideas
- How things are done is more important than by who
- Celebrating your team
- Encouraging growth in others
