Menopause is often misunderstood and stigmatized as a disease, when in fact it is a natural and inevitable phase of a woman's life. Today, I want to emphasize that menopause is not a disease, but rather a transition period that should be embraced and celebrated, and share stories of women who have taken control of their lives during menopause, defying societal expectations, and embracing their true selves.

In this episode, I also had the pleasure of hosting Erin Keating, the amazing host of the "Hotter Than Ever" podcast and an award-winning Television Development and Production Executive. Erin shares her insights on navigating the ups and downs of life, embracing low feelings, and finding the courage to take the next right step towards becoming your healthiest, happiest self.

Erin's podcast has been incredibly well-received, with listeners from all walks of life resonating with her honest and relatable conversations. She fearlessly explores topics that many of us shy away from, shedding light on the realities of midlife and the desire for a fresh start.

During our conversation, Erin emphasizes the importance of acknowledging our feelings and being present in the moment. She encourages journaling as a tool for self-reflection and shares practical tips on harnessing our thoughts to find true joy.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, I highly recommend tuning in to this episode. Erin's infectious energy and empowering message will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to make positive changes in your own life.

Memorable Quotes

"I'm really proud to say my age and the phase of life that I'm in. I don't want to hide that. I don't want to be someone who pretends to be something I'm not, because what we are at this point in our lives is so powerful and has so much potential to change the world and to change our own happiness." [00:11:21] – Erin Keating

"I'm just going to put one foot in front of the next. I need to be in action and have clear intentions. I don't have to be in charge of the how and I don't have to be in charge of the outcome. I just have to do my work and keep plugging away at it." [00:26:53] – Erin Keating
