The Lionel SHIPman $HAPE YOUR FINANCES Show is a financial and life empowerment show focusing on our lives around money and finances. The show aims to educate and motivate people to improve their financial outlooks and empower them to take charge of their lives and to live life to the fullest. Guest: Nicole Spracale Nicole has over 25 years of experience in the services and technology space, focused primarily on operations, marketing and human resources. After an extensive career in corporate America which culminated with her role as the Senior Vice President of People, she decided to explore her own entrepreneurial spirit. She started her first consulting practice focused on Executive Coaching and Business Strategy, then co-launched a retail bakery before settling into her adventure working with early stage companies and their founders. Her current projects include: one-on-one coaching work with various CEO’s and founders; digging in as a fractional team member for select early-stage businesses; and exploring other start-up ideas with fellow entrepreneurs who share her passion around the human capital and technology space. Ultimately, no matter what work Nicole is doing, is it all aligned to her driving purpose: To help one-million people connect with their purpose and learn how to execute on their goals; creating amazing organizations and communities. Nicole holds her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, along with her SPHR (Senior Human Resources Professional) Certification and a Certification for Internal Coaches from Babson College.
