And like a rollercoaster, every now and then it experiences a rollback - all the energy and effort put into a change, that then suddenly loses momentum and can leave people winded.
We share tips for understanding and planning for the impact of change on teams, keeping people safe along the ups and downs, and putting your own seatbelt on as the manager. Communication, visibility and transparency from managers is how people place their trust in seeing the change through to the end.
