In today's episode, Kate and Rod Cortizo ask you to consider that everything you think you know about health, nutrition and fitness could be completely wrong.
We share the stories of 3 successful clients, both virtual (in our Legacy and 4 Week Boost programs) and in-person training. What all 3 women have in common, what's helping them get results, is that they're willing to throw out all their preconceived notions and go "all in" on what we teach here at Rodsquad.
The women who struggle the most with Rodsquad programs are the ones who attempt to mix and match what we teach with things they have learned from prior diets, trainers and workouts that didn't work for them.
In this episode, we answered these questions:

  • Do you need to switch up your workouts?
  • Why is sustainability so important?
  • What's our beef with HIIT training?
  • What's the best type of cardio?
  • What do fitness and the stock market have in common?
