Self-help author Ben Povlow shares practical strategies you can use to create a healthy level of self-esteem. Some people have an inflated amount of self-esteem, to the point where they become arrogant. Others have very low self-esteem, and constantly feel bad about themselves. There is a place in the middle where you can feel confident without having an inflated ego.
