"Sometimes in life, we feel like everything is going just fine...until it's not. In those moments, we may need to look inside ourselves to see if we rely on things we can't always control to make us feel complete, centered, or "okay." Once we remember that that feeling of "life energy" comes from within us, we can return to our inner power."

Today, Brooke and Noa sit down with Wild Moon founder, Bri Martinez, to discuss the following:

1) How we can learn more about ourselves as women through tracking the "inner" seasons of our menstrual cycles and their connection to the outer seasons

2) How connecting to our senses is a missing link in practicing more profound gratitude, joy, and manifestation in our lives

3) How learning "hard skills" like tying knots, making fires, or learning navigation can increase our feelings of resilience, which can then be translated into resilience in our children

4. How the desire to learn more complex skills can balance both our feminine and masculine archetypes.

"Fight for the things that you care about. But do it in a way that will lead others to join you."- Ruth Ginsburg
