Andy Kampa is our guest this week. He is general manager of sourcing for C.H. Robinson, a global fresh produce distribution company based near Minneapolis. Also known as Robinson Fresh, they have the license to package and distribute fresh fruit under the Welch’s brand. Andy is charged with making sure those products live up to the standards of Welch’s many decades of superior quality. We will learn about the challenges he faces in getting the grapes and berries to market. Be inspired by the values he and his team adhere to as they work hard to supply the world’s best fruit.
