Albums That Saved My Life: Liquified Experience On A Vinyl - Episode 4 with Carlo Villa
Manage episode 417014031 series 3573073
In this fourth episode of PodStance: The PunkStance Podcast, I get the absolute privilege of speaking to singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and my good friend Carlo Villa. This time, Carlo explores his own creative process going back to his earliest work all the way to his recent singles, all in conjunction with his album of choice, the 1984 compilation record "Hatful of Hollow" by The Smiths. It has played a vital role in his pursuit of music, influencing every single song he's written; to go into his discography and reminisce about our collaborative projects was an absolute joy to be a part of. I'm very proud of the work Carlo and I have put out over the years, and this podcast allows him to express those feelings beautifully.
