Who needs to grow in self-knowledge? All of us!

• When we grow in self-knowledge, we are better able to focus on doing ONE significant thing well, rather than adding on 20 more because we either want the recognition, we want to prove to ourselves/others that we can, or we are just neurologically conditioned to be in a state of stress and we think that is completely normal!
