My marketing people often use excerpts from the chapter called “fear” in “Only 10s – How to Use Distraction to Get the Right Things Done,” because they are the most relatable and compelling. I reread this chapter for myself when I get stuck. In today’s episode, I read from the chapter and talk about how and what fear costs me… and what to do about it.

  • When something is a “9.5” (on a scale of 1-10) and fear is a “10,” fear wins.
  • Terror is easy to spot, it’s the little fears that shape our behavior that are the long term danger.
